  • We recently added some colour to our living room with art prints and other wall decor pieces. I like how this changes the "sad beige aesthetic" to something a little more fun and lively without overdoing it.

I got these prints from an illustration festival awhile ago. The red risograph print is from one one of my favourite artists so it makes me happy to see her work up on my wall! The other two caught my eye because of their vibrant colours and overall I think the 3 prints look good together.

On the adjacent wall, I display a Tenugui towel I bought in Japan. I like the design on it and decided to use it as art instead of a towel! Alongside the towel, I hang a dried floral swag which looks cute with a fabric bow. Overall, I find that these decor pieces add some personality into the previously blank and bland walls. One can definitely tell that I like "cute" designs just by looking at this cosy corner of the home.
