Roughly we have 8 areas that we need to always upkeep and maintain for at least twice a month. This areas that we are touching on is not part of our daily chores. Daily chores is basically are the dishes, wipe stove, laundry, make the bed & clean the toilet daily. Our aim has been lesser things, lesser decor, lesser things to clean and maintain.

Since it is an open cabinet for the microwave. Dust definitely camp up around the area. Well it is part of a common places that is needed to be cleaned.
We are aware on the cleaning when we chose shaker style cabinet. Well this only take us 5 minutes to wipe all the bottom areas in the kitchen which we do not mind at all!
Switches! This definitely need a wipe since our kids are mostly independent and kids being kids, from oily fingers to hands full of chocs, the switches has felt them all! HAHA!

As we dislike to have many frames in the house apart from mirrors, hence the reason why we only have one big display frame. We may want to add on but when the thought of dust camping up, stops us from thinking to add on. Who knows maybe in the future we might change our minds.
You see those two lights? It needs some tender, love and care cause it beautifies the space!
