Welcome to our common bathroom, the neutral themed bathroom! :)
We kept the white HDB tiles on two walls to save some money, and we overlaid the floor tiles and two walls with the large format grey terrazzo tiles. These large tiles are a great way to make your bathroom look bigger.
We replaced all the bathroom fittings provided by HDB. The Acacia SupaSleek toilet was a great choice as the seat is so wide and comfortable! It also looks super sleek, as its name suggests.
One of the BEST decisions we made for both our toilets (besides the overlaying of tiles) is having the ventilator fans! Definitely a MUST get for your bathrooms as it really helps to keep your bathroom dry. We haven't had any issues with mould in the 1.5 years of living in our home!
Our sink area with grey and neutral themed decor. I chose gunmetal grey fittings so that they match the grey tiles. Also, they seem to be really easy to maintain, with the smooth metallic finish.
I love the shadows formed by the dried baby's breath! Lots of textures from the decor and hand towel.
We chose a taller tap that extends further out so that it will minimise splatter on the counter top. Makes it much more comfortable when washing hands too!
Our smart storage heater from AOSmith that has been serving us really well! Water heats up really quickly and it provides us with hot water at our bathroom and kitchen taps!
Under the sink, I mostly have bathroom cleaning supplies and all the extra bottles of handwash stored. This handy two tiered organiser is great at maximising space.
Welcome to the brightest part of our house - our master bathroom! Its white/peach themed, and I had to look high and low online for white toilet roll holders and mirrors.
The air con piping is quite an eyesore, but we didn't really have a choice. I love how the big windows allows lots of sunlight through!
I really love the fun combination of tiles. We chose this fun peach-pink terrazzo tile, but were limited to this 30x60cm format as the 60x60cm ones were sold out (what a pity!!)
On the bright side, the 30x60 matched the size of the floor tiles. I also love the contrasting peach and white grouting :) Really adds a small fun detail to the walls.
I keep the hairbands I wear at home on the back of the hand towel holder. So cute!
We have a three tier shower niche for our toiletries. No regrets! :)
Also, this rainshower set from American Standard is really a good buy - I love the little platform where I can put my hair masks / body scrubs! It's really sleek and the quality is great.
As we didn't opt for mirror cabinets, I bought this white little 'shelf' to put our toothbrushes. I love the aesthetic of it!
That's all for now. Hope you enjoyed the tour of both our bathrooms! :)
