Hi! Welcome to our humble abode of a 4RM BTO in the north! Here’s to our new journey as new homeowners, navigating through this world of decisions for the house and lifestyle! To begin, here’s our simple OG floor plan and we’re excited to slowly reveal our long awaited feature wall to you guys! Currently our house is in the Reno stage, hence we can only show the render pics ☹️ but we’re excited to share this journey together! First up! Entry way! First look, it’s quite simple and plain! But it fits the requirement that we need, having a settee area if we are to wear our shoes etc & also the typical beliefs that our front door cannot have direct view with the window 😬 But other than that, the entry way is really very basic! We are covering the DB box at the left side with the carpentry and building some racks internally for this! 
As we entire the space, the next thing we’ll see is the DRY PANTRY! Something that my partner wanted which wasn’t in our initial plan. This of course added on the cost to the entire reno, but it’s something that we look forward to as I 🙋🏻♀️ collect tons of tumblers and it’s a good way to display out! Another part of this that we considered is the way the oven is faced. Since the new BTO kitchens size is quite small and tight, we’ve decided to have the oven facing the entryway since there will be more airflow and space to open up. A part of our kitchen view which is just fully counter top! Tbh, this is like a dream come true as someone that loves to bake but does not have enough space at my current place 😕 One thing that’s different from this photo is that we will be installing the power track from Eubiq to have a better and seamless looking space! 🤩
