With a unique flat layout, we have a bathroom that is right beside our open concept kitchen which is awkwardly weird if it is left as the original state.
With this design consideration in mind, we introduce a fluted panel in the same laminate code as the kitchen carpentry. This not only hide the "awkward" door but blends it with the surrounding carpentry, creating a seamless look throughout.
As for our guest room, we also wanted a seamless look to keep it clean and clutter free.
To do that, we introduce a "farm-house" groove design to the shelfing throughout the wall. With the smart use of lines, one can hardly noticed that there is a cupboard within the room!
