We did our tile selection before we got 3D renders done so our built outcome is pretty much 90% similar to the renders! For the master bathroom, we also got the vanity from taobao as we couldn’t find any locally that were suitably narrow and readily available.
Renders do not show the pipes so we had to keep that in mind. The render looks so much more spacious than our actual bathroom. We also opted to do away with the glass door because of real life space constraints.

For the guest bathroom, as it was a lot smaller than the master bathroom, we decided on a simpler feature wall to keep the space from feeling too busy.

Once again, while the bathroom looks very spacious in this render, the reality was that we did not have space to include a vanity cabinet.

Instead, we installed a countertop sink and kept it simple, thus enabling airflow and preventing our guests from bumping their knees against a sink cabinet.

Our kitchen render was pretty much true to life and the only thing we ended up changing was the number of drawers.
