Step into our master bedroom and our custom built bed headboard + cabinet greets you. The top doors above our bed holds 5 doors of storage for home clothes. Just a tip, go for a storage bed as well if you can as it opens up to a whole lot of extra storage as well. We have a storage bed without headboard as we already have a built-in headboard. On the last door of our built-in wardrobe in our master bedroom, we asked the carpenters to install a full-length mirror. This comes in handy for outfit checks and those #OOTD! Here’s a secret storage at the side of our custom built bed headboard! This is the perfect spot for skincare products before bedtime. The hidden space runs deep into half the headboard and are also perfect for storing those long hair styling tools that are not used daily. The door of this hidden storage is measured to fit precisely against the wall without hitting the sockets. Our living room has a floor-to-ceiling TV feature wall that stores away all our clutter. Our Samsung Frame TV sits on the feature wall seamlessly. Hidden storage for a clutter-free home! Here’s how it looks with the doors closed. It’s always a relief to close the door on the clutter. Below our TV feature wall, we have our custom-built TV console hidden storage unit which hides our cables, switches and TV box. The door comes with top hanging hinges and the door can also stay opened as it slides to a niche at the top. Here’s how the TV console looks opened. Having a console door that stays open helps to make any adjustments with your consoles easier and more convenient. We removed the original BTO DB Box doors and had the carpenters switch them up to laminates that matches the rest of our flat’s built-ins. With the ample space in the DB Box niche, it seems a waste not to fully utilise it. Thus, we asked our carpenters to install shelves inside the DB Box niche. Now, it serves as the Mister’s toolbox and handyman tools storage. We also store our batteries here for household appliances. Because every inch counts in a 93sqm flat isn’t it :)
