    Hello, this is our simple, no frill service yard. Honestly, we wished we had put in more thoughts into utilising this space better. However as first time home-owner, we didn't think of this space as compared to other parts of the house. Yet we use this space very frequently to do our laundry, and wash our dishes too, since we placed our dishwasher here. Would highly recommend putting more thoughts into this space!

    Was glad that we added extra electrical points at the service yard, so that we can use other appliances on the opposite side of the washing machine/dish washer. For instance, this electrical point is frequently used for our dehumidifier. It is very useful to dry the clothes, besides our Steigen.
