This is our very simple and straight forward yard where we do our laundry. We've kept the manual laundry rack that came with the unit and we've added powder coated window grilles and sliding window to block out the harsh rain. We extended our Kompacplus kitchen top to the yard so that we can have a working top. Below it are our washing machine and free recycling bin (we love the recycling bin so much because it really encourages us to recycle and reminds us how much plastic we use). The wall is painted grey to add some colour to the otherwise, very white space. We put our pegs and laundry net inside the organiser which we got from Shopee.
This was what our yard looked like before. As you can see, we removed the foldable doors and classroom-style louvre windows which came with the unit. We really like the view of the sea and west coast area.
