One of the biggest changes we made in our home was opening up the kitchen to create an open-concept space. We love our kitchen so much, and since I love to cook, I decided to double the kitchen by removing the existing storeroom (currently is the Peninsular) . This allowed us to create both wet and dry kitchen areas, separated by elegant ribbed glass with a black frame, adding a stylish touch while maintaining functionality.
In the morning rush, the peninsular cabinet becomes a central hub for quick, convenient meals. Whether it’s a simple cup of coffee, a smoothie, or a full breakfast spread, this space offers functionality and comfort to start the day!
Hidden switches to create a seamless look for our backsplash from Aurastone. We went crazy with the terrazzo, but it worked beautifully when paired with dark wood cabinets, cream tones, and touches of rattan for a natural, earthy feel.
