It’s the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra! Ven’s brother gifted it to us for housewarming and it’s definitely one of our most used items.

It vacuums AND mops, which is much needed in our household with a little cat. The S8 automatically washes the mop, empties dust, refills, self-clean and uses warm air to dry the mop pad to prevent mold growth and odor.

The dock is bulky but considering the convenience of everything mentioned above, it’s something we are willing to overlook.

This is the dust bag which we have yet to change since we started using it 3-4 months ago.
There’s a dirty water tank and clean water tank, you use have to ensure you clear the dirty water and refill the clean water. Downside is you can’t add any cleaning liquid into the water as it may spoil the internal parts but the work-around is to add some of the liquid to the mop pad itself.
The roborock app allows you to spilt up your home into various rooms on the map and you can select specific room to clean. You can choose to vacuum, to map or to vacuum plus mop. The app also alerts you when certain parts needs to change or clean.

You can let the vacuum run while you’re doing other chores or even when you’re not home. It’s also great are avoiding obstacles like your furniture and even identifies your pets to move around them.

It’s also great to vacuum your carpets with it as the S8 can lift itself up easily. We can go on and on about why this has been a lifesaver in maintaining our home. Definitely a pricey investment but worth it in our books! P.S. we call it Dwayne because The Rock… roborock 😂
