Welcome to one of our favorite spots in the house where we cook and enjoy our meals—the kitchen! Our sleek, black kitchen features items that happen to be black, white, or gray, perfectly matching our contemporary style. Check out the links to our products! As a couple who doesn’t do heavy meal prepping, we find that light cooking in our open kitchen setup works best for us. Installing a corner fan was one of the best decisions we've made. It keeps the kitchen breezy and airy, especially during light cooking. One standout purchase is the Futurliving water dispenser, which comes with a 10-year warranty and 6 filters. Their customer service is excellent, providing prompt answers to any questions. Our Panasonic rice cooker is user-friendly and includes a convenient steamer basket, highly recommend this! Here’s another look at our kitchen! Our hob and hood set, which we got from Fujioh, really adds a distinctive touch to the space. We chose to forgo top cabinets in this area, and we’re thrilled with how the hob and hood enhance the overall design of our kitchen. For our bottom cabinets, we’ve optimized the L-shaped corner by installing a 180-degree turn basket. This design makes it easy to access items without having to reach into the corner. The basket is user-friendly, durable, and can support heavy items, making it a highly recommended addition. We also added a rack from Excel to organize various cooking sauces. It’s easy to use and a practical addition that’s essential for most kitchens. Like many other homeowners, we love having a kitchen island. Although we initially wanted to place it in the middle of the kitchen, space constraints led us to keep it to the side instead. Our island now serves as the perfect spot for our new Breville coffee machine and coffee syrups. Here’s another view of our island, customized to be 1.1m in height and 0.7m in depth. It’s spacious enough to serve as a coffee bar or even as a workspace for using laptops. Since the island is quite deep, it accommodates the entire air fryer with plenty of room left for other kitchen items. We’re really pleased with how the island helps with storage and organization! We won the rice storage container in a giveaway contest, and it’s incredibly useful. It’s designed so that each drawer pull measures out exactly 1 cup of rice, eliminating the need for a separate measuring cup (if you do not have one). So, go ahead and grab yours now! Lastly, we added a candle warmer, which you can easily find on Shopee. This candle warmer not only enhances your kitchen design but also eliminates the need to light scented candles.
