I was contemplating between Breville and Delonghi and selected Breville in the end. The main reasons for the decision are: 1. The brewing temperature is more consistent. 2. The frame built quality feels much sturdier. 3. Maintenance of parts is easier compared to Delonghi.

We started off using a wooden chopping board from Ikea. Even though we washed and dried it right after use, mold still started to form and grow within months. We saw a lot of other fellow content creators raving about the Modori chopping board and decided to get it instead! Okay, every single kitchen you see is equipped with an Aesop handwash. I cannot deny that we had one too when we first moved in.
