Take a look at our minimalist bathrooms! We chose a neutral color palette, featuring browns and greige, to create a calm and airy space. These colors work perfectly with HDB's standard tiles and toilet doors. We were inspired by the stylish glass dividers we've seen in hotels, and we wanted to bring that same look to our bathroom. We added a glass partition with a glass door, which cost us an extra $500. While it wasn't a part of our original renovation package, we believe it was a worthwhile investment ( for quality of life purposes😌). The sleek design complements our minimalist aesthetic, and the glass partition helps to keep the bathroom dry and tidy. We think this added accessory elevates the grainy-greige tiles from HDB- the key here is to spend what you need and make do with you have :)! We had our hearts set on a vibrant Peranakan countertop sink, but with time constraints and the need for quick delivery to Singapore, we had to rethink our plan. We stumbled upon this stylish, matte black countertop sink on Shopee and snatched it up during the 8.8 sale for just $120 (originally $160++). Although it’s a simpler design than we initially envisioned, it complements our minimalist bathroom perfectly. I know many would opt to replace the bathroom tiles during a renovation, but I'm a fan of the ripple pattern. It's a surprisingly versatile design that can work with different styles, from Nordic and Scandi to minimalist and even luxe. If you're on a budget and want to give your bathroom a stylish makeover, I encourage you to get creative with what you already have :). We chose to keep our bathroom design simple and chic, and the ripple tiles add a touch of personality without overwhelming the space. Our common bathroom wasn't part of the renovation package, so we had to find a vanity on our own. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options available on Shopee and Lazada. We eventually chose a greige-toned cabinet included with mirror, tap, and sink—that complemented the existing tiles. The best part? It only cost us $320 with free installation! It's a fantastic deal for young couples on a budget. We highly recommend checking out this seller( kindly click the link above). Overall , We're so happy with how our bathrooms turned out,especially since we've been living in our first home for four months now. We're excited to continue making our first home comfortable for our toddlers!
