Welcome to our reading space! The study room walls are painted a soft, warm sandy-peach that creates a calming ambiance. We’ve combined three Laiva bookshelves from IKEA ( black-brown shades) filled with a mix of vibrant and classic books, giving the space a touch of eclectic. The furniture is a blend of modern and minimalist desks and a comfy reading nook for us and our boys. The natural light streaming through the window creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for reading or working. Overall , the vibe of this space is modern-boho, with a mix of clean lines and natural elements. We’ve added some boho touches like a woven basket, a jute rug, and macramé decor to bring a touch of nature indoors. It's the perfect space for us to relax, read, and simply, get creative:)

This is Farouq’s little writing space-It’s nestled in the corner of the study room, right by the window, which floods the space with natural light. The desk is an L-shaped corner table-a simple black metal frame with a sleek wooden top. It’s the perfect size to place his macbook, a few notebooks, and a stack of books: strategically placed within easy reach.

I hung a bohemian macramé on my writing space to accentuate a touch of boho. Often, sunlight streams through the window, illuminating the desk: it makes the space warm but sparks new ideas to encourage me to write further. Next, the desk is integrated with a compact bookshelf that holds my favourite psychology and special education books, which are always within reach. These books are my constant companions, inspiring my thought-processes and academic writing. I've carefully curated my collection, selecting only the most essential and inspiring titles.
