Here’s our post showcasing the Before & After of our living room. It features an L-shaped layout since we decided not to remove any walls, allowing us to maintain a dedicated workspace at Bedroom 3. You can view a gif of the transformation on the desktop version of HipVan. Our ceiling fan, which we ordered from Panasonic in JB, fits perfectly with the design. For new homeowners, it's worth noting that Panasonic and KDK are produced in the same factory in JB; the fans are essentially the same model but come in different colors. We chose a black fan to complement our overall theme.
Here's the "BEFORE" of our BTO. We wanted black frames for our windows, but they arrived in grey. We might consider spray painting them in the future.

We chose a contemporary theme because we believe earth tones and neutral colors are classic and timeless, making them a safe choice. Our lights are from Zenterra, a shop in the Macpherson area. It was recommended by our interior designer, and they offer a wide selection of lighting options. The light shown here is a tricolour model that you can adjust to suit your mood for the day.

For our feature wall, we opted for Arova marble to create a cool and light aesthetic. We selected The Frame TV from Samsung because it offers excellent quality and color that is easy on the eyes. Our curtains are from Secret Furnishing, and the total cost for night and day curtains for four rooms, purchased through a BTO group buy, was $1.1K.
