Buying Guide: Featuring the Best Purchases of our Home!

    Dining table was one item that took us the longest to decide on. We wanted marble looking finish for the modern lux look yet something very easy to maintain. Actual marble is harder to maintain as it is prone to stains. After research, we narrowed down our choice to ceramic or sintered stone top and finally went for ceramic for the aesthetics! Still looking as new as before and 10/10 for the easy maintenanc.

    Next best investment is of course our espresso machine. Previously was using the nespresso for the longest time, but we appreciate nice coffee! It's therapeutic to make morning coffee on weekend mornings and makes sense cost wise too (compared to going to a cafe!). Been adjusting our settings to get that perfect shot! :)

    Another favourite part of the house is our kitchen island! It was a customised one, and it really adds character to the space. Sleek and modern. Chose sintered stone as the material for the top for easy maintenance too. Doubles up as breakfast counter and place for gathering around for drinks when hosting.

    We spend 1/3 of our lives on bed!!! (hopefully this is the case for everyone else too). A good mattress is really important and glad that we splurged a bit for this. Always look forward to coming back home from overseas trip for our bed!
