  • Welcome back to our kitchen! Today, we'll share how we organise our kitchen. To recap, we have a closed concept galley-style kitchen. We opted for drawers under the counters as we find that they provide the most efficient use of space. Here, we have two deep drawers on both sides of the Bertazzoni Stove.

On the left side, I have my huge collection of assorted plates in different sizes and designs. I love these plate stands that we got from Shopee!

In the right side drawers, we have our Corelle plates, which are organised by plate type/size. These plates are mostly used for hosting our parents or friends. I also stacked our ziplock bags vertically here for easy access.

In this same drawer compartment, we have a hidden drawer in here for our cooking utensils and disposable utensils.

On the counter top, I used these coffee/tea organisers from Shopee to keep our teas and other drinks :)

Moving on to our dry pantry, this is the Blum Space Tower we installed beside our fridge! A tall cabinet with 5 internal drawers. In the top most drawer, we keep our excess items like supplements, tea and other storage containers since we do not need to reach for them often. The second drawer from the top houses all our tidbits and snacks like cereal, potato chips, biscuits and chocolate. In the middle we have our teas, vitamins and supplements. Followed by sauces and condiments in the next drawer. Lastly, at the bottom, we have our rice, noodles, flours and other additional condiments :)

Here's a peek at how much the drawers can fit! We have our pasta, noodles, sauces and canned food.

On the other side of the kitchen, we have very wide drawers for our cutlery, glassware and pots & pans. This is the top most drawer with our cutlery.
  • We also found this drawer on Shopee for our Nespresso Vertuo coffee capsules! :)

Under the sink, we have one of these two-tiered pull out organisers to keep our cleaning solutions. I have all my Method sprays and other cleaning supplies in here.

We also have our floor mats, hand wash and dishwasher essentials stored under the sink.

Last but not least, we keep our large baking trays, cast iron pan and other frying pans in the oven, since we do not use the oven often! Hope you enjoyed our kitchen organisation post. See you in the next one! :)
