Hi, welcome back to another sharing of before & after of @livingatblk129!
Bringing you right in to the kitchen and dining area where it's a 2-in-1 place, or simply an eat-in kitchen.
Do you see any thing different here? If you've noticed that the service yard has been hacked down, yes you're right!
Don't you agree that the space looks a bit more spacious now without the partition?
This L-shaped open concept kitchen came with the original floorplan from HDB. At first look, I was struck by how compact this area is because the width of the kitchen is just as wide as my two arms stretching the 2 walls!
I couldn't fathom how renovation could be possible to bring those 3D renders to life. But fret not, read on to see what transformation this may bring!
Works for the kitchen is getting there too. Remember how I doubted the works of renovation due to this unbelievable space constraint? This is definitely showing me how those 3D renders are coming to life.
I love my marble table with sparse linear veins in grey undertone just like this one.
Fun fact: originally going with KompacPlus, decision was made to change to sintered stone because of its high quality material that can better withstand the test of time against potential damages brought to it.
