POV from the bedroom door
A full-length wardrobe across the left wall, a slide-and-swing pair of bathroom doors with translucent panels (for that glow to come through, you know), and a row of windows opposite our bed. If it wasn't for the almost-blackout roman blinds we have, the sun would be piercing right straight at us every morning!
Our wardrobe lies across only 3/4 of the entire wall - a decision I made intentionally. Knowing that we would be opting for a king bed, space was a concern. The bed would eat up such a chunk of the room, I didn't want the wardrobe to come across swallowing as well. This 3/4 length served its purpose
It only gave that bit of allowance for a side table (hidden beside the bed on the above photo)
As much as I dislike sliding doors (I can't have all units be opened at once!), there wasn't much of a choice - due to the bed 🫣
I did decide on for these recessed handles. Didn't want more jarring items sticking out. They help the wardrobe look more sleek
POV from the empty 1/4
There isn't going on much in the bedroom, it having just the important essentials we need. A bed, dresser, vanity table, and wardrobe. This means there is quite a lot of walking space between the windows and the bed, which has shown to be useful when we change bedsheets. Can't imagine doing so with limited space 😵💫
Also appreciating the sheer amount of daylight that comes shining in ☀️
