If our kitchen is the "sea" of the house, then our dining space would be the "beach" of the house. This area used to be the balcony for the previous home owners but we have extended this area to be the dining space of our house.

We tried to incorporate textured finishes like distressed or whitewashed wood and natural elements such as driftwood, seashells, and rope into decor.
All the seashells are hand-me-down by E's mother. Once in a while, we will change the small decor items according to our moods or when we bought new items during our travels. We are definitely not people who can resists adorable lifestyle decor items.
