    When it came to conceptualising our kitchen, I took reference from multiple Pinterest pins and combined all the elements that I liked.

    As we did not engage an ID, our contractor was only able to provide a basic render such as this. It's not very realistic looking, but it did help a bit in giving us a feel of the space and layout. But I would say it wasn't very useful in giving me confidence in my choice of laminate. In the end, what really helped was going down to the laminate showroom and seeing the full piece laminate in person. This made me change my choice of laminate!

    This is the laminate I switched to in the end. I guess what I want to say is, seeing the full laminate piece is highly recommended! Small sample pieces are not a good representation, especially for wood grain laminates.
