Welcome to Flat Kopicats! We're a family of 5, us and 3 old cattos. Our home started as a blank white canvas but it's now filled with pops of colours thanks to our choice of furniture and knick knacks. For decor, we love to take inspiration from all the cafes we've visited here and overseas.
We scored our dining table from Carousell as well! It was the most value-for- money purchase for us as it only costed $80. It was oval which was the shape we wanted as we wanted to able to host more guests at the dining area if needed.
From the start, we knew we didn't want a dining table set. We wanted to play around with having different kinds of chairs in different bright colours at the table.
Geometric tiles were always the choice for our bathrooms. We knew how we wanted the space to look from our moodboards and we were glad we found this quirkly tile at Hup Kiong!
The pink kitchen of our dreams became reality! We chose this shade of pink as it wasn't too shockingly bright. We chose the terrazo countertop with pink stones to match the cabinets as well.
Did you know the bomb shelter door was magnetic? Thankfully it was as we didn't want to stick magnets onto the precious Smeg fridge and risk scratches.
When we were looking up inspiration for bathrooms, we actually came across this half-moon tile in other photos of homes. Super grateful that we found it here in SG so we decided to have it for our common toilet. These are actually 2 tile designs that we played around with to create this quirky pattern.
