Welcome to seventhfloorflat!
When we bought the house, the walls to the study and kitchen were already taken down by the previous owner, which made the house look super spacious. We wanted an open concept kitchen and only needed three bedrooms in total, so buying the house with already hacked walls helped us save quite abit of money! We also love how there's like a dedicated space in the master bedroom and bedroom 2 for the wardrobe, and how the storeroom is flushed to the side and the door is actually very inconspicuous to guests. The only downside is that there isn't a dedicated service yard area where we can fully segment our laundry, but you can follow our posts to check out how we work around it!
