Welcome to our humble abode! We are a 4-room BTO located in the central region. Our renovation was done without an ID and the total damage was about 43K . We did not have any preferred theme in mind, hence you will find us marrying various elements in our crib; rustic, neutral, hype, industrial. Our dining table of choice was a 1.6m wooden one. We initially wanted a 1.8m table but was afraid of its huge footprint so we opted for the slightly shorter one. Running alongside perpendicular to the table is our Peninsula. We did an open concept kitchen as we wanted the kitchen to feel more open and less hot during cooking. 
Our living room is a simple setup of a 3 seater sofa and a TV feature wall to house some of our Be@rbricks. We did not construct any built-in for our foyer as we wanted to keep this space flexible for future upgrading. We got a digital doorlock from Kaadas to allow for a more keyless experience. 
Our kitchen sees the stove and sink running parallel to our Peninsula. This allows for ease of movement and a natural workflow. We placed our refrigerator close to the sink for similar reasons. 
To reduce clutter in our main kitchen, we did a cabinet in our dining area to house our coffee machines. The additional storage is a huge bonus too as we use it to store drinks, snacks and alcohol. A small shelf from IKEA was installed to showcase our love for Molly and mugs/tumblers. Beside our dining table is another mini Be@rbrick display along with a bladeless fan with a built-in air purifier. We converted our of our bedroom into a mini exercise corner cum ironing spot. We did not do any built-in carpentry for this room as this room can be repurposed for future kids. The wife's dream was to own a walk-in-wardrobe. Thus, we had one room converted into one. A bulk of our renovation budget went into this room. More details and photos to be shared in a future post! We kept our master bedroom relatively simple. We did not have any built-in carpentry here as most of our clothes are placed in the walk-in-wardrobe. 
Our master toilet is decked out in dark grey slabs as we wanted a more luxurious and sultry feel in the bedroom. 
We did a recessed wall niche at the shower area to store our shower essentials in an elegant manner. For our common toilet, we went for a brighter Mediterranean theme. We kept the default white tiles except for the shower side which we replaced with white Subway/Brick tiles for a slight accent. We also like the look of the floor tiles and it is always a conversation starter for our guests. We got an automatic laundry system as we do not hang our clothes outside. This has been one of our best purchases till date, ensuring our laundry dries in a timely manner with no musty odor. We used some standing racks and baskets to sort our laundry and assorted accessories.
