We have a simple and functional service yard for our needs! We planned for a sink with storage to be able to store our cleaning supplies. To have the sink, we actually have to extend the pipings across the service yard and our ID made it look like a tiny ledge! The storage heater has been pulled out of the common toilet for safety reasons!
The bare state we were handed over with! We thought it was really small but still we can make do with it
