Since becoming a Season 9 ambassador, I’ve realized “wow, everyone’s homes here are so big and beautiful!” It honestly feels like there isn’t a single unit smaller than mine. 😅 But that’s okay. My home may not be luxurious, and our lifestyle is pretty ordinary, but every corner is filled with love and simple joys. ✨ We live in a 3-room resale flat in Queenstown, just the two of us. Not sure if anyone noticed, but our 3-room is actually smaller than most others. It’s one of the newer BTO layouts, which means a more compact floor plan. The total area is 699 sqft, but that includes the balcony, so yeah the actual indoor space is just over 670 sqft! 
Sunlight is our best decor. In this cozy corner of our home, the light does all the heavy lifting — making everything feel brighter, warmer, and more alive. Additionally, this little balcony was a big reason we chose this flat. It’s not just an outdoor space, it’s an emotional extension of our living room, our light well, and our daily breath of fresh air while resting and relaxing in the living room. 
Our dining space is small, but it flows right into the living room, making everyday moments feel more connected. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or long chats over dinner, this spot keeps us close. 🌹 
In a small space, we don’t have a lot, but what we do have is chosen with love and every detail matters. Our favourite reminder “平安喜乐” means peace and joy. It’s more than decor, it’s the kind of energy we want to come home to, every single day. Beside, we also display a single stem of snowberry, it captures the Wabi-Sabi spirit we love: calm, simple, and quietly imperfect. All these can easily get it from Taobao! 🍑 
This is our evening view. After moving in, I discovered a little secret: Sunlight is the best interior designer! ✨ It costs nothing, yet instantly elevates the vibe of a home when used right. 🌟 My top sunlight styling tips: 1️⃣ Curtains: Go for sheer white drapes, when the sunlight filters through, the whole living room feels soft and serene. 2️⃣ Furniture placement: Position your sofa by the window. With daylight streaming in, your space looks like it has a built-in filter! 3️⃣ Floor-to-ceiling windows: Pull those curtains wide open when the sun’s out, natural light floods the room, making it feel bigger and brighter.
